ABOUT ME
My name is Selma Rosenfeld and I am 21 years old. I live with my partner in Lund. 
I am currently studying my second semester of my Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communication studies at Malmö University. 

My passion is documenting underground music culture, its bands and their concerts. I also love event and street photography. In my free time I shoot for Malmö Pride and the student newspaper in Lund, called Lundagård. 
My goal is to photograph reality as I see it, in a raw and realistic way. My focus is documentary photography.

Group video exhibition called Vårskri with my class from Östra Grevie Folkhögskola. 
I exhibited my work “From Ocean Parkway to Högsbo” which is a documentary made only with Super 8 tapes that my great-grandfather filmed. All the way from the 1940s to the 1970s in New York, USA. After that, my grandfather took over the camera and brought it with him when he came to Högsbo in Sweden in 1972. Over this I have added a commentary voiceover from my grandfather. He tells what happens on the tapes, from before his birth to the birth of my father. In this very personal project I have explored deep parts of my family from my father’s side.
